Zale Corp. selling luxury jewelry unit
Zale Corp. has agreed to sell its Bailey Banks & Biddle brand to Finlay Enterprises Inc. for $200 million.
Bailey Banks & Biddle operates 70 luxury jewelry stores in 24 states.

Hong Kong Jewellery Show ends on a positive note
The Hong Kong Jewellery Show held recently, seemed a worthwhile investment for its participants. The show was divided into two venues at the HK Conventional Exhibition Centre and at the Asia World Expo, where both buyers and sellers capitalised on the opportunity. Business recorded at the HKCEC was upbeat, and concluded satisfactorily throughout the length of the show. Although the show opened well at the AKE centre during the first two days, it lagged later in the show.
